Repair and Warranty

• We do not accept refund,only accept exchange manufactory defect.
• We offer 3 months free repair warranty.
• Please include the purchase invoice number and complete the repair request form and sent to info@romeojuliet.shop it will be replied within 24 hours.
• For packages coming outside of Hong Kong, please mark the package as a "return and repair" on the customs form.
• You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package.  Be sure to note the tracking number for your records.
  Romeo and Juliet will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

Make sure the item you are returning for repair is well-padded as to avoid damage during transit.  Please make sure that all clasps are securely wrapped to prevent dents and scratches.
